We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the tag and packaging still attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Please provide a tracking code for returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges will be processed after 10 days have passed.
After receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount as store credit. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for this request to be processed. You will receive an email including your gift card code, issued as store credit.

Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of original purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under returns.

Damage sometimes occurs in the shipping process, though we do our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition. If you happen to receive a damaged item in your order, please do the following:
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please email us right away. We will arrange replacement or return of the damaged item.
Please know that our items are each made by hand and one-of-a-kind. They may each vary from item to item, and may have slight imperfections – that's what makes them unique! These imperfections are not considered damage.
