Made to order and ships in 4 weeks

Because we are a small business and we operate with a small team, it
can take up to 5 days to process your order regardless of the shipping
method you choose at checkout. Once the order is processed, we ship

I ordered a basket for my relative in El paso, Texas. They do not receive the basket which I paid for. Please help me find out what happened. I expect a refund if this cannot be corrected.
