Because we are a small business and we operate with a small team, it can take up to 5 days to process your order regardless of the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Once the order is processed, we ship
using the method you selected. Most orders take 7-10 business days to arrive at your location via UPS.

We ship Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m CST. We do not ship on weekends or nationally recognized US holidays.

Please allow four to six weeks to create and ship our made to order baskets.

Spot clean using minimal water. Dab using a paper towel or cloth. Let sit dry completely before storing. Do not place in direct sunlight for long periods of time.

Great product

I have bought several items but this experience was a disappointment. I did not notice that the picture and offer did not match (small size discontinued). Had to return item and cost of return was nearly the price I paid. I know you are a small business but I really think you should have offered a less expensive way to return given the situation. Please change the picture so no other customer is disappointed. I'm still awaiting the full credit promised (item delivered today) as I will purchase something else, being careful to read the fine print instead of just looking at the pictures.
