      Because we are a small business and we operate with a small team, it
      can take up to 5 days to process your order regardless of the shipping
      method you choose at checkout. Once the order is processed, we ship
      using the method you selected. Most orders take 7-10 business days to
      arrive at your location via UPS.

      We ship Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m CST. We do not ship on weekends or nationally recognized US holidays.

      It's hard to choose my favorite ES product, but these coasters are definitely at the top of the list. When I'm not using them for my office beverages, they're on display on a nearby shelf as the little masterpieces they are.
