Bold contrast for every place setting.

The Safiya Placemats pair deep black with natural tones for a graphic look that grounds the table. Our artisans in Senegal coil elephant grass, wrap it in recycled plastic, and stitch it row by row into a sturdy 15-inch round. Set them under white plates for crisp contrast, or mix them with brighter pieces for a layered table. Slight shifts in color and pattern make each one one of a kind.

• Handmade in Senegal by our in-house artisans

• Woven with elephant grass (a sweet grass) and recycled plastic

• Set of two placemats

• Each placemat is one-of-a-kind; slight variations in design, color, and size are normal

• Color: Black & Natural

Approx. 15"D
